How this works
RVII Watch tracks what changes across the Robinhood Ventures Fund II portfolio. It is independent research, assembled from public filings, company announcements and press reporting.
The system does not store a single truth
Private-company information is fragmentary and sources routinely disagree. Rather than pick a number and present it with false confidence, this site stores what each source claimed, keeps every claim, and shows which interpretation it has currently selected.
When two credible sources report different figures for the same period, neither is deleted. The value is marked disputed and both are shown. Nothing is averaged: averaging two disagreeing sources produces a number that nobody reported.
Where a figure feeds a total, the conservative bound is used, and the interface says so. Showing the disagreement is the point, not a failure to resolve it.
What the badges mean
- Confirmed
- Stated in a filing or an unambiguous primary source.
- Reported
- Stated by a credible source, carried with its byline.
- Estimated
- Derived rather than reported. Shown alongside reported figures, never in place of them.
- Disputed
- Sources materially disagree about the same period. Both values are shown.
Where information comes from

How often it updates
Once a day. Overnight, the system re-reads the fund’s filings and public pages, searches for news about each holding, re-checks the pages it already knows, and extracts what it finds. Anything that changed is reconciled against what was already held, and the site is rebuilt.
Dates matter more than they might appear. A figure’s effective date — the date it describes — is often not its publication date, and both are shown wherever they differ. All times are Eastern.

Nothing here is investment advice, and no figure on this site should be relied on for an investment decision. Private-company data is incomplete by nature: a value that is missing is genuinely unknown to this system, not zero, and is shown as n/d rather than guessed at.
Information is extracted from sources by an automated process, which can make mistakes. Every figure carries a link to the source it came from, so anything shown here can be checked against the original.
